Service NB is contacting all customers who purchased a Seasonal Permit at the incorrect price yesterday with this message:

We would like to inform you of an error that occurred on October 21, 2025, which allowed seasonal snowmobile permits to be purchased online at an incorrect price of $125.00 plus HST. This was the result of a system glitch, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

The correct price for a seasonal permit is $250.00 plus HST, for purchases made before December 15, 2025. Our records show that you completed a purchase at the incorrect rate. As such, no permit will be issued for that transaction, and a full refund of $125.00 plus HST will be processed back to your original payment method.
