I have been snowmobiling since I was a teenager.  My first snowmobile was a 1978 moto-ski 440 free air that I bought from my uncle who was a skidoo dealer in Memramcook.

In my short life in the sport of snowmobiling, I have ridden about 30,000 km.  So far, I have only been on the trails in NB, but I expect to ride in Québec in the near future.

I became involved in organized snowmobiling at the provincial level when I was approached by a director that was at the end of his mandate. This is my sixth year on the board and I was Vice- President for 3 years.  For my local club, I was the President for 6 years and now I am the Treasurer.

I always liked snowmobiles because of the freedom you get from riding. As a teenager I would go see my friend who owned a sled and we would go out riding and have a lot of fun. The camaraderie is what has kept me involved over the years in the sport.  My wife, Josée, joins me sometimes when I go out riding.   I look forward to enjoying many more years on the snow!
